Tow & Go Expands Access for All Students

We believe every student should have the opportunity to explore, experience, and engage in career-connected learning. From business tours and field trips to job shadows and internships, these experiences help students connect classroom learning with real-world opportunities.

For some students, physical limitations can make those experiences difficult to access. That is why the Tow & Go Program, powered by The Action Foundation and supported by SWWC and LYFT Career Pathways, is helping remove those barriers.

What is Tow & Go?

Tow & Go provides adaptive trackchairs that allow students with limited mobility to participate in outdoor learning, field activities, and community experiences alongside their peers. Schools can reserve a chair at no cost by submitting a simple request form.

The Action Foundation coordinates delivery and pickup to make the process easy for educators. While there is no charge to use the chair, donations are welcome to help cover the cost of maintenance and insurance. This support keeps the program running so more students can participate in the future.

A Partnership Rooted in Community

This Veterans Day, The Action Foundation is partnering with MRSHL Fitness for the annual CHAD Workout Fundraiser. The event honors Navy SEAL Chad Wilkinson and raises awareness for veteran mental health. It also provides a chance for the community to see the Tow & Go adaptive equipment in action and learn how it is creating opportunities for individuals of all abilities.

Partnerships like these demonstrate how collaboration and innovation can make career-connected learning more inclusive for everyone.
